摘  要:研究了不含铅、镍重金属盐的防老剂445[4,4′-双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺]和2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑(MB)用于氯醚橡胶(ECO)的防老化作用,考察了防老剂对ECO的力学性能和硫化特性等性能的影响。结果表明:防老剂MB对氯醚橡胶的防老化作用不明显,硫化胶在力学性能方面损失较大,且硫化胶的粘度较大;而防老剂445可使老化后的硫化胶拉伸强度保持率达70%,断裂伸长率保持率35%,拉伸永久变形率为14%。Anti-aging effects of non-lead and non-nickel antiager of 4, 4' -Bis ( alpha, alpha-dimethylbenzyl) diphenylamine (445)and 2-phenyl mercaptan parallelism imidazole (MB) were dealt with on the mechanical properties and vulcanizing performance of epichlorohydrin rubber(ECO). The results shown that the antiaging effect of MB is not so good that it reduced the mechanical properties greatly, and with the higher drag flow of cured ECO. Antioxidant 445 is so suitable for ECO that the retentivity of tensile strength of ECO reached 70% , the one of elon- gation 35%, and permanent deformation of tensile of ECO was 14% after the ECO was aged.
