摘　　要：目的：研究生殖细胞核因子在骨髓间充质干细胞增殖与分化中的表达。方法：取4-6周BALB/c小鼠，采用全骨髓贴壁筛选法体外培养小鼠BMSCs。取第3代小鼠BMSCs，定向诱导BMSCs向成骨细胞分化，通过检测碱性磷酸酶鉴定诱导后的细胞。采用RT-PCR及间接免疫荧光染色，从mRNA和蛋白水平检测GCNF在小鼠BMSCs诱导分化前后的表达。结果：RT-PCR与间接免疫荧光染色结果同时显示，第3代的小鼠BMSCs和向成骨方向诱导10d后的BMSCs均有GCNF表达。结论：GCNF在BMSCs增殖分化中有表达。Objective： To investigate the expression of GCNF in the proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs. Methods： BMSCs were isolated from the 4 - 6 weeks old BALB/c mouse. Induced BMSCs differentiate into osteogenic in vitro. The osteogenic-induced BMSCs were identified by AKP staining. The expression of GCNF in BMSs and osteogenic-induced BMSCs were detected by indirect staining and RT-PCR. Results： From the result of RT-PCR and indirect immunofluorescence staining, we can see GCNF express not only in BMSCs, but also in osteogenic- induced BMSCs. significance. Conclusion： Our study shows that GCNF expressed in the proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs.
