摘 要:[目的]探索同时测定诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星的价廉、简便和快捷的方法。[方法]在pH值为1.81 Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液中采用4种化学计量学方法(CLS,PCR,PLS和RBF-ANN)对诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星的合成样品光谱数据进行处理和分析,探讨各种化学计量学方法对该体系的解析能力。[结果]诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星的线性范围分别为0.6~13.8mg/L,0.5~15.0mg/L;检出限分别为0.14、0.24mg/L.试验所用方法的回收率都在95%~105%。实际样品中可能存在的300倍的Mg^2+、葡萄糖、Zn^2+、Ca^2+、K^+,10倍的柠檬酸钠、Fe^2+、Cu^2+均不会对诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星产生干扰。用PCR和PLS对数据进行处理的结果较好。[结论]PCR和PLS对合成样中2种药物浓度的预报结果较好,该法还被用于实际样血浆中2种药物的测定,获得了较好的定量分析结果。[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the cheap, convenient and quick method for simultaneous detection on norfloxacin and ofloxacin. [Method] The spectrum data of the synthetic samples of norfloxacin and ofloxacin was treated and analyzed by four chemometrics methods (CLS, PCR, PLS and RBF-ANN) in the pH = 1.81 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution and the analysis ability of each chemometrics method to the system was discussed. [Result] The linear range of norlloxacin and ofloxacin was 0.6- 13.8 mg/L and 0.5 - 15.0 mg/L, resp. and the detection limit was 0.14 and 0.24 mg/L, resp. The recovery rate of the methods used in the experiment was all between 95% and 105%. The ions likely existed in the practical sampies, such as Mg^2+ with 300 times, glucose, Zn^2+ , Ca^2 + , K^ + , sodium citrate with 10 times, Fe^2 + and Cu^2+ , could not produced interference on norfloxacin and ofloxacin. The effect of data treated with PCR and PLS was better. [Conclusion] The result of the 2 medicine concn, in the synthetic sample forecasted by the PCR and PLS was better and the method was used to detect the 2 medicine in the plasm of the practical sample, which obtained the better quantitative analysis result.
