摘 要:[目的]评估该基因在进化遗传中所受到的选择作用,揭示该基因的结构特征和保守性,为进一步研究该基因的功能奠定基础。[方法]参照NCBI数据库上发表的6种动物CACNA2D1基因编码序列,利用常规生物学软件,对动物CACNA2D1基因进行进化遗传分析。[结果]这6个动物的CACNA2D1基因序列核苷酸组成基本相同,其平均GC含量为42%,偏倚不严重,这6条同源序列的ENC值在50.319-53.624,CACNA2D1基因在密码子的使用上存在轻度偏倚,该基因各同源基因间的同义和非同义替换率之比不同,且变化范围较大,该基因在进化过程中极为保守且经历了净化选择。[结论]CACNA2D1基因可能是影响动物生长发育的重要候选基因,具有较高的研究价值。[ Objective] The aim was to evaluate the selective function of the gene in the evolutionary genetics, reveal the structure characteristics and conservation of the gene and lay the foundation for the further study on the function of the gene. [Method] According to the coding sequences of the 6 animal CACNA2D1 genes delivered on the NCBI database, the evolutionary genetics of animal CACNA2D1 gene was analyzed by the common biological software. [Result] The nucleotide composition of the 6 animal CACNA2D1 gene sequences was basically same and its average GC content was 42%, whose bias was not serious. The ENC value of the 6 homologous sequences was between 50.319 - 53.624. The CACNA2D1 gene existed slighdy bias on the usage of the codon. The frequencies of synonymous and non-synonymous substitutions in different homologous genes of the CACNA2D1 gene were different and the change range was large. The gene was conservative and experienced purification selection in the evolution process. [ Conclusion] The CACNA2D1 gene could be the important candidate gene influencing the animal growth and development and had high research value.
