摘 要:[目的]为选育高产、适应性强的超甜玉米新品种提供理论依据。[方法]对6个超甜玉米自交系P1-P6进行完全双列杂交,组配了15个杂交组合,并对花期性状进行了配合力及方差(Wr)与协方差(Vr)相关性分析与估算。[结果]6个超甜玉米自交系雄花期性状的GCA效应大小顺序为P2P6〉P4〉P2〉P3〉P5。[结论]亲本P2和P3是早熟亲本的理想选择。[ Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for selecting new varieties of super sweet corn with high yield and strong adaptability. [ Method] The complete diallel cross was made among 6 inbred lines of super sweet corn, and 15 cross combinations were made. The combining ability and correlations between variance (Wr) and covariance (Vr) of florescence characteristics were analyzed and estimated. [ Result] The GCA effect of male floreseence characteristics in 6 inbred lines of super sweet corn in order was P2 〈 P3 〈 P5 〈 P1 〈 P4 〈 P6. The GCA effect value of florescence characteristics in parent plant P2 had the strongest negative heterosis, and the following was that in P3 and P5. The negative heterosis of combination P4 × P6 was the biggest in SCA effect value, and the following was that of P3 × P5 and P1 × P5. 3he combinations of P1 × P5, P3 × P5 and P2 × P3 were better in the detection of their GCA and SCA. The dominant genes of the 6 parent plants from more to less was P1 〉 P6 〉 P4 〉 P2 〉 P3 〉 P5. [ Conclusion ] The ideal choice of parent plant for early maturity was P2 and P3.
