摘  要:[目的]为利用组织培养技术进行蚕豆种子快繁提供理论依据。[方法]以青海9号蚕豆为供试材料,研究了不同种类的生长调节剂、BA与生长调节剂、高浓度IBA和基部遮光法对青海9号试管苗的生根作用。处理30 d后,统计生根株数、每株生根数和根长,计算生根率。[结果]单一使用IAA时生根率为0,单一的IBA在1.0 mg/L浓度下的效果最好,生根率为53.20%,平均每株生根数为3.39条,平均根长2.84 cm。在3种不同浓度的IAA和BA组合作用下,生根率均为0;3种不同浓度的IBA和BA组合作用下,以0.04 mg/L BA+1.4 mg/L IBA处理的效果最好,生根率为73.10%。100 mg/L的IBA效果最好,生根率50.32%,平均生根数3.21条,平均根长为2.26cm。基部遮光法处理的生根效果不如黑暗培养的效果好。[结论]0.04 mg/L BA+1.4 mg/L IBA处理的生根率最高。[Objective] The study was to provide the theoretical basis for the seed rapid propagation of Vicia faba L. by using the technique of tissue culture. [Method] With the Qinghai 9 as the tested materials, the rooting effects of the different kinds of growth regulators, BA and the growth regulators, IBA with high conch.and basal part shading on plantlet were studied. After 30 d of treatment, the rooting plants, the root number of each plant and the root length were added up and the rooting rate was calculated. [Result] The rooting rate was 0 when the IAA was used only. Tne effect of IBA with 1.0 mg/L conch, was the best, its rooting rate was 53.20%, the average root number of each plant was 3.39, and the average root length was 2.84 cm. The rooting rate was 0 when the IAA and the BA was confined with 3 different concn, The effect of the treatment with 0.04 mg/L BA + 1.4 mg/L IBA was the best among the combinations of IBA and BA with 3 concn, and the rooting percentage was 73.10%. The effect of IBA with the conch, of 100mg/L was the best, its rooting percentage was 50.32%, the average number of root was 3.21, and the average root length was 2.26 cm. The rooting effect of the basal part shading was worse than that of darkness culture [ Conclusion] The rooting rate of the treatment of 0.04 mg/L BA + 1.4 mg/L IBA was the highest.
