河北农牧交错带土地利用变化及生态效应评价

摘　　要：利用1997-2005年土地变更调查数据,分析了河北农牧交错带土地利用规划实施以来土地利用的时空变化规律,依据R.Costanza等对全球生态系统服务价值的评估方法,对土地利用变化对区域生态系统服务价值的影响进行了定量评估。结果表明：8年来河北农牧交错带土地利用变化使生态系统服务功能价值呈现出增加的趋势,增加值为56.6亿元,年均增长率为1.2%。这说明现行的生态建设工程在一定程度上改善了区域生态系统的服务功能,但由于研究区历史时期生态环境问题较为突出,所以今后的工作中仍要加强生物多样性的保护和荒漠化的治理,加大退耕还林、还草的力度。The land use and cover change in the period of 1997 - 2005 is studied based on the land investigation data. Further more, the article analyzes the effect of land use/cover change on ecosystem service value with ecosystem service assessment methods used by Costanza R. and so on. The results show that the land use and cover has changed enormously in the past eight years, and it has resulted in the gradual enhancement of ecosystem service value. The increased ecosystem service values are 56.6 × 10^8 Yuan, equaling to increasing 1.2% per year. It indicates that the ecological projects carried out now improve the ecosystem service ability. But the fanning-pasture zigzag zone in Hebei Province is a typical environtronmental frangibility area, so it need to strengthen the protection of life-form and treatment of desertification, and enhance the power of returning cultivated land to forestland or grassland in the future.
