我国农地产权制度变迁中农户与村组织的博弈研究

摘　　要：运用博弈论对我国农地产权制度变迁中农户与村组织的博弈进行了分析。结果认为所有权主体和农民偏好一致的农地产权制度安排才能有较高的制度绩效;村组织作为既得利益者会成为农民进行农地产权制度改革的阻碍力量。The paper analyzed the game between farmer-household and village organizations on property right institutional transformation of China rural land based on game theory.The results showed that property fight institutional arrangement has perfect preferment only when property right body and farmer has the same prefer. Village organizations will be oppose power against the property right institutional wansformation of China rural land.
