围产保健与妊娠高血压疾病发生情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨围产保健对妊娠高血压疾病发病率的影响。方法回顾分析玉林妇幼保健院2006年1月至2007年12月期间2个阶段的妊娠高血压疾病病例。结果妊娠高血压疾病发病率明显低于全国水平,其发病率:①系统保健组<一般保健组<非保健组。②预测组<未预测组。在妊娠高血压疾病孕妇中,大部分来源于玉林乡镇和农村。结论加强围产期系统保健和妊娠高血压疾病预测,可有效地降低妊娠高血压疾病发病率,对基层应健全和加强围产保健工作,才能降低基层妊娠高血压疾病发病率。Objective Focusing on the influenk of health care and hypertension of pregnancy. Meth. ods Analysis of the hypertension of pregnancy which occurring in our hospital over the past 2years. （ Jan 2006 to Oct 2007 ）. Results The occurring of the hypertension of pregnancy is markedly lower than the other place of whole country, incidence of a disease as show in the follow ：（1） system health group 〈 common health group 〈 other group （2） forecast group 〈 unforeseen group. In patient with hypertension of pregnancy that major come from village. Conclusion Strengthening health care and prevention, which effectively lower occurring of the hypertension of pregnancy, especially, to be improving grassroots health care.
