摘　　要：目的探讨蒲黄水提取物对实验性心律失常的影响。方法采用氯化钙诱发大鼠心律失常模型,运用在体心电图记录方法,观察不同剂量蒲黄水提取物的抗实验性心律失常作用。结果蒲黄可延长氯化钙诱发的大鼠心律失常出现的时间,缩短生存大鼠的窦性心律恢复时间,减少死亡率。结论蒲黄具有较好的抗实验性心律失常作用,可能与其阻滞Ca2+内流作用有关。Objective To study the ant arrhythmic effects of TyphaangustifoliaL in rats. Methods The experimental arrhythmia rats were induced by calcium chloride （CaCl2 ）, and the antiarrhythmic effect of TyphaangustifoliaL was studied by electrocardiogram. Results TyphaangustifoliaL could delay the onset time of arrhythythmia and shorten the recovering time of normal heart rate and mortality of cardiac arrest caused by CaCl2 in rats. Conclusion TyphaangustifoliaL has antiarrhythmic effect in experimental arrhythmia rats induced by CaCl2.
