摘  要:分析了低速重载齿轮胶合失效的主要影响因素,包括齿轮的设计参数、原材料选用及锻件质量、齿轮的加工精度、装配精度及与制造有关的因素、齿轮工作时的润滑情况等。提出了防止胶合失效的一些措施,即采用变位方法减小相啮合齿轮滑动率差值,严格控制齿轮毛坯材料合金元素的含量范围,并要求材料供应厂家提供钢材的炉前分析结果以便采取相应的热处理工艺、提高齿轮的齿形加工精度、降低齿面加工粗糙度值,根据具体工作环境条件选择合适的润滑油粘度和润滑方法等。实践证明这些措施能够在一定程度上有效防止低速重载齿轮的胶合失效,对于提高矿用机械传动齿轮的质量和可靠性、延长机械设备使用寿命具有非常重要的意义。The main influence factors of low-speed heavy-duty gear veneering failure are analyzed. It includes design parameter, material selecting and forging part quality, processing precision, assembly precision, and some factors with manufacturing, lubricating situation etc. The measures to avoid gear veneering failure are proposed. It consists of using the way to change position so that reducing the value of sliding difference, strict controlling alloy element quantity range in the material, and requiring the supplier of material provide analyzed results, then using the right technology of heat treatment, improving processing precision of gear shape, reducing the value of rough limit, according to the running situation selecting the suitable oil and lubricating way etc. It has been proved that the measures were effective to avoid veneering failure by practice in some degree. The work is very important for enhancing the gear quality and reliability and extending the equipment service life of mine machine.
