摘 要:介绍基于TMS320F2812的数字变频调速系统抗干扰设计。硬件方面,慎重考虑电路板的布局结构走线、功率电路与控制电路隔离以及系统各种地之间的关系的处理等各个因素;软件方面,着重阐述采样、滤波以及异常处理等方面以提高嵌入式软件稳健性。文章结合工程的经验,为研究设计稳定、可靠数字变频调速系统提供了借鉴。Anti-interference design of digital variable frequency & adjustable speed system based on TMS320F2812 is introduced in this paper. In the aspect of hardware, many factors should be considered cautiously such as the layout, route, structure of PCB, the isolation between power circuits and control circuits and the reasonable disposal of all kinds of GNDs, etc. In the aspect of software, sampling, filtering and exception handling are emphatically elaborated to improve the robustness of embedded software. Combined with engineering experience, it provides reference for the research and design of stable and reliable digital variable frequency & adjustable speed system.
