摘 要:随着2006年欧盟市场对银氧化镉(AgCdO)系触头材料的全面禁用,市场上急需新的触头材料替代产品。作为一种环保型电触头材料,银氧化锌(AgZnO)是理想的电触头材料之一,但Ag与ZnO的润湿性不好,导致触头性能的劣化。本文利用CuO改善Ag与ZnO的润湿性,利用共沉淀和共沸蒸馏相结合的方法制备出分散性能良好的CuO/ZnO粉末,采用粉末冶金法制备出AgZnO铆钉触头材料,并对含CuO的AgZnO铆钉触头材料进行电性能测试和评价。实验结果表明,CuO能明显改善Ag与ZnO之间的润湿性,添加适量CuO能降低AgZnO在中小负载工况下的温升。With the completely forbidden of AgCdO contact material after Jun. 1, 2006 in Europe, new substitute contacts are urgently needed. As an environmental friendly material, AgZnO contact is one of the most perfect contact materials. While because of the poor wettability between Ag and ZnO, the properties of AgZnO contact is not good enough. In this paper, CuO was used to improve the wettability between Ag and ZnO. The composite powder of CuO/ ZnO with good dispersive property was synthesized by coprecipitation method and azeotropic distillation. AgZnO contact containing CuO was produced by powder metallurgy technique. The electrical property of AgZnO contact containing CuO was tested and analyzed. The results indicated that CuO can improve the wettability between Ag and ZnO, and decrease the temperature rise of the contact under low or middle load.
