摘  要:用X_射线衍射ODF和反极图织构分析技术逐层测定了用两种工艺路线生产的加Sn_2%Si无取向电工钢的织构,研究了织构的演变规律。发现与未经正火的热轧钢带相比,经过正火的热轧钢带内外的织构分布均匀,其{hk0}<uvw>组分较强,导致较强的冷变形γ_纤维织构(〈111〉//ND)和较弱的旋转立方织构({100}〈011〉),最终强化了产品中有利的再结晶织构组分,从而提高了产品的电磁性能。研究还发现,再结晶退火织构组分{hk0}<uvw>随着热变形正火织构组分{hk0}<uvw>的增加而增加,这说明,冷轧前热轧板内存在{hk0}<uvw>织构对提高产品的磁性是有利的。Textures of 2% Si non-orientation electrical steels added Sn have been measured individually by layer and layer, and evolution of texture has been studied by using x-ray texture ODF and Inverse Pole Figure analysis technique, which were produced in two process. It was found that stronger {hk0}〈uvw〉 texture distributed uniformly in hot-roll steel strip normalized than that in hot-roll steel strip un-normalized. The cold-deformation texture, γ-fiber texture((111)//ND),was also stronger,but the {100} 〈011〉 was weak, resuiting in stronger {hk0} 〈uvw〉 recrystallization texture and excellent magnetic properties of the product. Recrystallization texture, {hk0} 〈uvw〉, increases with the normalization texture thk01 〈uvw〉 increases. It indicate that {hk0} 〈uvw〉 in hot-roll strip before cold-rolling is the favorable texture for excellent magnetic properties of products.
