摘　　要：证是中医现代研究的热点和重点,中医的理论是依"证"确立的。本文对证产生的主观因素做了相关的探讨,认为中医临床的"证"并不单纯是致病因素作用下的人的病理性功能变化,医生与患者的主观因素也是"证"产生的不可忽视的因素。As TCM theory was based on the conception of ＂syndrome＂ ,it has always been in the spotlight of current TCM research. In the article the subjective factors which may contribute to the formation of ＂syndrome＂ were discussed, suggesting that＂ syndrome＂ was not only the pathological functional changes under pathogenic factors, but also affected by the subjective factors from both the doctor and the patient.
