摘　　要：为更好解决辽宁省滨海公路建设中存在的技术问题,节约建设资金,借鉴南非强基薄面的使用经验,提出了强基薄面结构在滨海公路工程中的应用方案。针对滨海公路的实际条件,提出了保证强基薄面结构在滨海公路工程中成功应用的三个关键技术措施:采用冲击压实技术强化路基,优化基层结构和加强面层与基层的连接层功能,采用沥青橡胶等沥青改性技术。In order to resolve the problem of the coastal highway construction in Liaoning province, and to save the construction fund, using the experience of South Mfrica, this article propose the research on the application of structure of strong foundation and thin pavement in coastal highway construction. According to the practice condition of coastal highway, this article propose the three main technique measures to ensure the successful use of the structure of strong foundation and thin pavement in coastal highway construction ： strengthening foundation by impact compaction, optimizing the structure of base and adding the binder course between surface and base, and using the modified asphalt technique such as asphalt -rubber.
