摘　　要：本文研究中国大型工程咨询监理企业如何实施知识管理的问题。选取中国某一大型工程咨询监理企业，在企业内面向全体员工进行了一次问卷调查。本次调查主要针对软、硬件基础；企业知识的获取内容；知识共享氛围（意愿）、障碍、激励措施、知识的利用方式等主题下的，影响知识管理实施策略制定的关键因素分析研究。运用统计软件spss14．0对数据进行了分析和处理。依据本次调查结论，本文提出了适合企业的有针对性地知识管理实施策略，目前该项目正在实施中。本文所采取的方法和所取得的研究成果对于同类型的大型工程咨询企业有效实施知识管理具有重要的借鉴意义。Based on the research of large-scale construction project management enterprise,the paper gathers the first-hand materials, and then researches the implementation of knowledge management issues in consulting enterprise, the investigation focuses on the hardware and software foundation for knowledge management,the contents of knowledge acquisition,atmosphere（ will ）, obstacles and methods of sharing knowledge, incentive measures and the approaches of implementation knowledge management. It uses statistical software spss13.0 for data analysis and processing,then proposes some oriented strategies to implement KM in the enterprise. The program in this enterprise was put into practice, the method and the results of this research had an important reference value for the same kind of project management enterprise to effectively implement the knowledge management.
