摘　　要：构建生态城市应该着眼“大生态”观念，人与自然和谐相处的资源环境生态是生态社会的基础，以循环经济为核心的可持续发展的生态产业经济是生态社会的支撑，政府管理的行政生态是构建生态社会的主体，挖掘传统、维护民俗，发展生态科技、创新生态文化的综合生态观是未来社会可持续发展的核心竞争力。The construction ecology city should focus ＂the big ecology＂ the idea, the resources environment ecology which the human and the nature is together harmoniously is the ecology society,s foundation, take will circulate the economy as the core sustainable development ecology industry economy is the ecology society＇s support,the administrative ecology which the government will manage is constructs the ecology society the main body,the excavation tradition,the maintenance folk custom, the development ecology science and technology, the innovation ecologically-conscious culture comprehensive ecology view is the future society sustainable development core competitive power.
