摘　　要：碌色GDP是指绿色国内生产总值，它是对传统GDP指标的一种调整，是扣除经济活动中投入大量环境成本后的国内生产总值。理论上说，绿色GDP和传统的GDP相比，它不但反映了经济增长的数量，更加突出表现为经济增长的质量，更为科学地衡量一个国家或地区的真实发展和社会进步状况。绿色GDP核算体系在我国还处于探索阶段，对社会公众来说是一个新概念。本研究的目的在于普及绿色意识，让更多欠发达地区的人们了解什么是绿色GDP，全面认识绿色GDP在人类社会发展进程中的优越性和现实意义。Green GDP refers to green GDP, it is to the traditional GDP target one kind of adjustment, after is in the deduction economic activity invests the massive environment cost GDP. Theoretically said that, green GDP and traditional GDP compares, not only it had reflected the economy grows quantity, a more prominent performance the quality which grows for the economy,weighs a national or the local real development and the social progress condition scientifically. The green GDP calculation system also is at the exploration stage in our country, to the social public is a new concept. This research goal lies in the popular green consciousness, lets the people who owes the developed area understand any is green GDP, knows green GDP comprehensively in the human society development advancement superiority and the practical significance.
