摘　　要：本文通过分析行政事业单位国有资产的管理现状，进一步明确了行政事业性国有资产的产权关系，提出了推行国有资产运行全过程管控的资产管理办法，旨在维护国有资产安全、完整，提高资产使用效率，优化资源配置。This article through the analysis administration institution state asset management present situation, has further been clear about the administrative entrepreneul state asset property right relations, proposed the carrying out state asset moves the property policing method which the entire process tube controls, is for the purpose of maintaining the state asset security, the integrity, enhances the property use efficiency, the optimized resources disposition.
