摘　　要：在分析开放式CNC系统及激光打标机的结构特点的基础上总结了二者的相似性,并提出将数控系统的控制思想及算法应用于激光打标中。论述了打标机中的两种打标模式,提出了简化方法,该方法不仅有助于合理解决边缘效应问题,还可以提高打标效率。Based on the analysis of CNC open system and the characteristic of laser marking machine, the similarity of the two is summarized.It is proposed that the control method and algorithm in the CNC system can be applied to the laser marking.The two-marking modes in marking machine are elaborated, a simplified method is proposed, which will not only help solve the problem of the reasonable edge effect, but also improve the marking efficiency.
