摘 要:采用GC-ECD测定了丙溴磷在棉花及土壤上的残留动态和最终残留量。实验结果表明,喷施500 g.L-1丙溴磷乳油,济南试验点棉叶上的原始沉积量为110 mg.kg-1,半衰期为0.7 d;长沙的为83 mg.kg-1,半衰期为1.4 d。济南试验点土壤上的原始沉积量为4.8 mg.kg-1,半衰期为0.5 d;长沙的为7.2 mg.kg-1,半衰期为2.2 d。济南和长沙试验点收获期棉籽的最终残留量最大值分别为0.049 mg.kg-1和0.13 mg.kg-1,均低于国际食品法典标准推荐的最大残留限量2 mg.kg-1。The residue dynamics and final residual levels of profenofos in cotton and soil are determined with GC-ECD. A method for pretreatment and analysis of samples is established. The results indicate that when spraying 500 g · L^-1 profenofos emulsion to cotton, the primitive quantities of sediment in cotton leaves are 110 mg·kg^-1 in Ji'nan and 83 mg·kg^-1 in Changsha trial site, and the half-life of both are 0.7 d and 1.4 d, respectively. The primitive quantities of sediment in soil are 4.8 mg·kg^-1 in Ji'nan and 7.2 mg·kg^-1 in Changsha trial site, and the half-life of both are 0. 5 d and 2.2 d, respectively. The max final residues in cotton seeds is 0. 049 mg·kg^-1 in Ji'nan and 0. 13 mg·kg^- in Changsha trial site, which are all lower than the recommended MRLs of 2 mg·kg^-1 by Codex.
