摘 要:通过大分子溶液插层法将有机蒙脱土(OMMT)与预聚体聚酰胺酸混合后由高温溶液法制成粉状聚酰亚胺/有机蒙脱土(PI/OMMT),然后将PI/OMMT与丁苯胶乳通过共混共凝法制成颗粒状聚酰亚胺/有机蒙脱土/丁苯橡胶(PI/OMMT/SBR),并考察其物理性能。研究结果表明,OMMT的加入,改善了PI与SBR的相容性,提高了SBR的力学性能及耐热氧老化性。A styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), enforced by polyimide (PI) and organical ly modified montmorillonite (OMMT), was prepared by a three-step method. The poly (amic acid)/OMMT was prepared by blending poly (amic acid) and OMMT in a macromolecular solution using intercalation polymerization. The PI/OMMT powder was prepared by a high-temperature solution method. The PI/OMMT suspension and the SBR latex were blended and precipitated by fiocculation. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) results confirm that OMMT can promote PI and SBR compatibility. It was also found that the mechanical properties of the SBR were elevated by the addition of PI/ OMMT, as well as its thermal properties.
