摘 要:油藏工程和生产方式在很大程度上取决于相态特征和多相流,并且越来越依赖于数值模拟,而数值模拟又必须根据流体PVT实验测量数据。如果所取地层流体样品质量不高,污染物较多,实验评价不正确,会使后面的工序决策失误。而聚焦取样则可较快降低取样流体的污染程度。聚焦取样需要样品管线和屏蔽管线,并且每条管线有自己的抽排泵、控制阀、压力表和流体分析系统,分别监测样品区和屏蔽区污染物的清洗过程。通过实例对聚焦取样与传统取样进行了比较,介绍了聚焦取样技术的特点及其应用,实验证明聚焦取样与常规抽排取样相比,清洗速度快,清洗效果更好。Reservoir engineering and production strategies are crucially dependent on phase behavior and multiphase fluid flow, and increasingly rely on numerical simulators measured by the PVT laboratory. If the formation fluid samples are poor quality, more polluted and the experimental evaluation is also incorrect, we will make mistakes in the later decision-making process. Focused sampling can rapidly reduce the pollution of the fluid sampling. Focused sampling needs sampling pipeline and guard pipeline, and each pipeline has its own row pump, control valve, pressure gauge and fluid analysis system that respectively monitor the cleaning process of sample area and guard area pollutants. This paper compares the focused sampling with the traditional sampling and introduces the characteristics and application of the focused sampling techniques. Experiment results show the focused sampling has quick cleaning speed, better cleaning result, thus, completely cleaning out the pollutants in the samples.
