摘  要:目的探讨两种健康教育方式对社区高血压病患者的影响。方法将120例高血压病患者(接受常规高血压药物治疗),随机分为两组(各60例),观察组采用以人为本、因人施教的健康教育方式,对照组采用集体授课式的健康教育。结果观察组对高血压病相关知识了解程度和高血压控制率明显高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论在社区实施以人为本、因人施教的高血压健康教育,能提高社区高血压病患者对高血压病相关知识的认识,并能使他们积极采取控制高血压的有效措施,提高高血压的控制率。Objective To compare the effect of two healthy education modes on community hyperten- sion patients. Methods 120 community hypertension patients, aged 40 - 70 years, who were treated with regular hypotensive drugs, were randomized into two groups, each with 60 cases. In the observation group, the patients accept a personalized education, while in the control group, the patients accept the collective class education. Results The patients in the observation group know more about hypertension and have higher rate to reach standardized blood pressure than those in the control group (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion The community hyperten- sion patients who accept the personalized health education mode know more about hypertension and can take more active treatments, and therefore, improve the control rate of hypertension.
