摘  要:为了解决机电引信生产中出现的电点火管引线绝缘电阻不稳定的问题,进行冲击发火测试,通过升降法,找到50%发火点时分流电阻均值μ=22.5Ω,均方标准偏差σ=6.14Ω。按μ+4σ推算出当绝缘电阻大于47Ω时,发火率可达99.99%以上。考虑长期储存、电点火管内阻散布等多种因素并加保险系数后,绝缘电阻不小于200Ω可保证不影响该引信正常发火。通过分析,绝缘电阻不稳定的主要原因是机械加工毛刺。在采取清理毛刺,给电点火管引线加绝缘套管等工艺措施后,问题解决,可以达到绝缘电阻不小于10 kΩ的要求。To solve the instability issues of ignition wire insulation resistance of electromechanical fuze during the production, impact ignition test was made. Through the fluctuation law, it is found that at 50% ignition point the diverter average valueμ = 22.5 Ω, standard deviationσ = 6.14 Ω. According toμ+4 σ , when the insulation resistance is greater than 47 Ω,the ignition rate may reach above 99.99%. Taking account of the long-term stor- age,internal resistance spread of electrical igniter, the safety factor and other factors, the normal ignition of the fuze will be guaranteed if the insulation resistance is no less than 200 Ω. Analysis shows that the main factor of instability of insulation resistance is machining burr. When burr is cleaned up and electric igniter is covered with insulating sleeve, the issue is resolved and requirements of the insulation resistance of no less than 10 kΩ can be reached.
