摘 要:用自制的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和马来酸酐的共聚物P(MMA-co-MAh)为反应物,聚乙二醇单甲醚(PEGME)为接枝单体,合成了梳状P(MMA-co-MAh)共聚物多缩乙二醇酯(P(MMA-co-MAh)-g-MPEG).采用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)13C谱、1H谱以及H,C-COSP谱对所合成的梳状共聚物结构进行表征;热失重分析(TGA)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)对所合成的共聚物的物理性能进行了分析.FTIR及NMR结果表明,聚乙二醇单甲醚通过酯化反应接枝到P(MMA-co-MAh)共聚物上,形成以MMA/MAh共聚物为主链,聚乙二醇单甲醚为侧链的梳状共聚物,其在马来酸酐上的接枝率大约为20%;热性能分析结果表明,合成的梳状共聚物热分解温度与共聚物P(MMA-co-MAh)的分解温度相差不大,接枝后的梳状共聚物也具有高的热稳定性,起始热分解温度在325.9℃左右,且该梳状共聚物具有两个玻璃化转变温度,一个是由于侧链的玻璃化转变引起的,温度为32℃左右;一个是主链的玻璃化转变引起的,温度为120℃左右.在主链玻璃化转变温度以下,侧链是可以移动的,有利于电活性物质和离子等在聚合物基体中的扩散和迁移.In order to improve the ionic conductivity of the poly(methyl methacrylate-co-maleic anhydride)(P(MMA-co-MAh))-based gel polymer electrolytes,the poly(ethylene glycol)methyl ether chains were introduced in the side of P(MMA-co-MAh)binary copolymer to prepare comb-like poly(methyl methacrylate-co-maleic anhydride)-g-poly((ethylene glycol)methyl ether)(P(MMA-co-MAh)-g-PEGME)copolymer.The comb-like copolymer P(MMA-co-MAh)-g-PEGME was synthesized through two esterification reactions.The esterification of P(MMA-co-MAh)with PEGME at first in butanone,then injecting a definite volume of p-toluenesulfonic acid into the reaction mixture under a flow of nitrogen.The mixture was stirred continuously for 24 h at 80℃.After the reaction was complete,solvent in the mixture was then removed.An excess amount of methyl alcohol and definite volume of dimethyl sulphate were added to the residue so as to thoroughly endcap the unreacted carboxyl groups.The reaction proceeded with continuous stirring for another 24 h at 60℃.The methyl alcohol in the reaction mixture was then removed.The crude product was purified by butanone/toluene reprecipitation,and dried at room temperature.Further more,the product must be purified three times using petroleum ether and de-ionized waters at 80℃ to get the purified product.The purified product was dried in a vacuum oven to remove the trapped solvent at 40℃ for 24 h.The final product is white power.The structure of the comb-like copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),which showed that the characteristic absorption of CO in anhydride at 1851 cm^-1 and 1786 cm^-1 disappeared,and the absorption of a saturated cyclic five-member anhydride(OC—O—CO)also disappeared.While a strong characteristic absorption of an ether group at 1152 cm^-1 is shown.This is an evidence that appreciable amount of the anhydride has been esterified and the product is an ester of poly(ethylene glycol)mono.The structure of P
