军队医院应对核化生事件医学救援快速反应研究

摘　　要：军队医院平战时都承担突发事件的医学救援任务,在接到救援指令的第一时间,快速有效的反应是赢取救援时间,保障救援效果的有利支撑。核化生恐怖袭击事件作为公共突发事件的一部份,在时间效率、专业技术、卫生防护上都给救援卫勤力量提出更高的要求。本文在梳理核化生恐怖袭击基本特点和要求的基础上,结合医院在承担奥运期间核化生应急医学救援准备过程中的体会,对军队医院实现应急医疗救援快速响应的方法与措施进行阐述。The military hospital should be responsible for the medical rescue mission for emergency events either at the war or peace time. After receiving the rescue order, the military hospital should response as soon as possible to gain enough time to ensure rescue effects. As a part ofthe public emergency events, the nuclear, chemical and biological attacks related terrorism events require medical rescue of higher effectiveness in time effective, medical expertise and health protection. In this paper the author summed the methods of quick emergency medical rescue response for terrorism attacks for Beijing Olympic Sports.
