摘　　要：目的:联勤体制下的疗养院特勤疗养制度建设研究。方法:通过对特勤疗养制度的调研,提出了特勤疗养制度基本观点,分析特勤疗养制度建设的影响因素,研究疗养院特勤疗养制度的设计与应用。结果与讨论:研究制定了疗养院特勤疗养基础数据管理、业务流程管理、行为规范管理和质量控制管理等制度,并通过实践促进了特勤疗养制度创新。Objective： To study the system of special service recuperation under joint logistics system. Methods： Though the survey on the system of special service recuperation, the influence factors were analyzed for the system construction of special service recuperation, and then the design and application of the system were studied. Resuits and conclusion： The study has defined the basic data management, business process management, behavior criterion management and quality control management for the system of special service recuperation which has promoted the innovation of the system.
