建立医院治理商业贿赂长效机制的思考

摘　　要：医院内的商业贿赂不仅违背社会主义道德,而且破坏了市场经济公平竞争原则,滋生了腐败行为,严重影响了和谐医患关系形成,阻碍了卫生事业健康持续发展。为了把反腐败工作落到实处,构建起牢固的反腐败防线,医院抓住工程建设、医药购销领域这两个关键环节,实行重点警示和严格管理,通过制度创新,流程改造,建立起治理商业贿赂的长效机制,积累了丰富的经验,取得了良好的效果。Commercial bribery in hospitals causes corruption and blights the image of medical industry, and influence harmony doclor -patient relationship and obstructs health service health sustainable development. Hence, establishing strong anti - corruption defense is at present a great task for hospitals. In the process of harnessing commercial bribery in our hospital, we keep two key items; engineering construction and medicine purchase - and - sale field, and make key warning and strict management. Through system innovation, flow reconstruction, and building enduring effect mechanism, we accumulated some experiences.
