摘 要:研究了 TEA^+-TMA^+-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-H_2O 体系下 UZM-5分子筛自发结晶过程,考察了晶化时间、晶化温度、模板剂用量、H_2O 和硅铝比对 UZM-5分子筛结晶过程的影响。结果表明,当合成体系中TEA^+与 SiO_2物质的量之比为0.6~1.0,TMA^+与 SiO_2物质的量之比为0.075~0.125,H_2O 与 TEA^+物质的量之比为31.2和 Si 与 Al 物质的量之比为6~10的条件下,UZM-5分子筛能自发结晶。高温不利于UZM-5分子筛的形成,而低温则需要较长的晶化时间才能得到 UZM-5分子筛。在 SiO_2,Al_2O_3,TEAOH,TMACl 和 H_2O 物质的量之比为1.0:0.062 5:0.8:0.100:24.8时合成 UZM-5分子筛,在晶化温度150℃和晶化时间60 h 的条件下,合成的 UZM-5分子筛,其外表面较大,适合作较大有机分子反应的催化材料。The spontaneous crystallization of UZM-5 molecular sieves was sudied in the reaction system of TEA^+-TMA^+-SiO2-Al2O3-H2O under different crystallization conditions. The effects of crystallization temperature, crystallization time, dosage of TEAOH and TMAC1, H2O content and molar ratio of Si to Al on the process of crystallization were investigated. The results showed that pure phase of UZM-5 crystallized spontaneously under the conditions of molar ratio of TEA^+ to SiO2 0.6-1.0, molar ratio of TMA^+ to SiO2 0.075-0.125, molar ratio of H2O to TEA^+ 31.2 and molar ratio of Si to Al 6-10. High temperature was not suitable for crystallization of UZM-5 molecular sieves, while low temperature was suitable for crystallization of UZM-5 molecular sieves but long time needed. Under the conditions of molar ratio of SiO2, Al2O3, TEAOH and TMAC1 to H2O was 1.0 : 0. 062 5 : 0.8: 0. 100:24.8, crystallization temperature 150℃ and crystallization time 60 h, the synthesized UZM-5 molecular sieves had large external surface and was suitable catalyst material for big organic molecules.
