摘  要:在间歇釜式反应器中研究了 D072型强酸性离子交换树脂催化合成乙酸乙酯的反应动力学。在消除内外扩散的条件下,测定了不同催化剂用量和不同反应温度条件下反应体系中乙酸浓度随反应时间的变化,并采用初始反应速率法求动力学模型参数。在催化剂与乙酸的质量比为0.016 65~0.083 26,温度为326.2~347.2 K 和常压的条件下,得到动力学方程的频率因子为74 534 584.79 L/(mol·min),活化能为65 588.40 J/mol。在实验范围内对获得的动力学方程进行验证,计算值与实验值吻合较好,最大相对偏差小于8.3%。The reaction kinetics for the liquid phase synthesis of ethyl acetate over strong acid ion exchange resin (D072) catalyst was investigated in a stirred batch reactor. By elimination of internal and external diffusion, the concentration change of acetic acid with reaction time was determined and the parameters of the kinectic model were evaluated by the initial reaction rate method. The frequency factor was 74534 584. 79L/(mol·min) and activated energy was 65 588.40J/mol under the conditions of 326.2-347.2K, mass ratio of catalyst to acetic acid 0.016 65-0.08326 and 101.3kPa. The accuracy of the reaction kinetic equation was testified under the above experimental conditions and the results showed that the reaction rate calcualated values agreed with experimental values well and the maximun deviation of the calculated values comparing with the experimental results was less than 8.3%.
