摘 要:在间歇操作的淤浆床反应器中,以 TiO_2为催化剂,考察了溶液 pH 值和温度对4BS 染料的吸附和光催化降解的影响。结果表明,吸附平衡受溶液的 pH 值和温度的影响,酸性和较高温度有利于4BS 染料吸附,并可用 Langmuir 等温吸附方程加以描述。在 pH 值为3.6,25℃和催化剂用量为2.0 g/L 条件下,4BS 染料的降解效果较好。在实验研究的基础上得到了消除固液混合和外扩散影响的反应动力学方程。Adsorption and photoeatalytic degradation of 4BS dye over fine particulate TiO2 were studied in a batch operation slurry reactor. The experimental results indicated that the adsorption equilibrium of 4BS dye on TiO2 was considerably affected by pH and temperature of solution, acidic and high temperature were suitable for 4BS adsorption and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm could be used to describe adsorption of 4BS dye. The degradation efficiency was high under the conditions of pH 3.6, 25℃ and catalyst dosage 2.0 g/L. A kinetic model for 4BS dye degradationwas established on the basis of eliminating the effects of solid-liquid mixing and external diffusion on degradation by increasing stirring speeding.
