摘  要:为了探究无导叶对转涡轮进口热斑径向作用位置的变化对其高压级温度场的影响,运用CFD方法对某无导叶对转涡轮模型级的流场进行了三维非定常多叶片排的数值模拟.结果表明,热斑流体在高压导叶中未发生周向和展向迁移;进口热斑径向作用位置的差异直接影响到热斑流体通过涡轮叶片时的温度耗散度;进口热斑径向作用位置的变化对高压动叶中控制热斑迁移的冷热气流掺混效应、通道二次流和浮力三种因素的作用效果产生了一定程度的影响.In this paper, three-dimensional multiblade row unsteady Navier-Stokes simulations have been performed to reveal the effects of radial location of inlet hot streak on temperature distribution in high pressure stage of a Vaneless Counter-Rotating Turbine (VCRT). Hot streaks on 25% span, 50% span and 75% span are introduced at the inlet of the high pressure turbine (HPT) stator. The predicted results show that the circumferential and radial movements of the hot streaks have not been observed in the HPT stator. The radial locations of inlet hot streaks take effects on the dissipation rate of the hot streaks temperature in the high pressure stage. And the numerical results also indicate that the combined effects of mixing between hot fluid and cold fluid at the HPT rotor inlet, secondary flow and buoyancy on the migration of the hot streak are directly related to the radial location in the HPT rotor.
