摘 要:为分析离心泵在快速启动过程中的空化特性及其对启动性能的影响,对离心泵在不同入口压力条件和启动历程下启动的瞬态水力特性进行试验研究,给出了不同转速和加速度条件下无空化启动的瞬态性能,分析了启动过程空化产生后的基本特性及其对瞬态性能的影响,给出了启动速度大小对瞬态空化的影响.结果显示,在低入口压力和高转速条件下,离心泵在很短时间内的快速启动过程中,空化的产生也不可避免,严重的空化使性能明显下降并出现扬程的波动现象,但加速过程对空化的产生具有一定的抑制作用.In order to analyze the cavitation performance of centrifugal pump and its effect on tran- sient hydrodynamic performance during starting period, an experimental study has been performed on the transient characteristics of non-cavitating and cavitating centrifugal pump under various suction pressure and starting course conditions. In the course of continuous starting and stopping process, instantaneous performance parameters and suction pressure of the pump were measured. The cavitation's effect on transient performance of centrifugal pump during starting period was analyzed, and the effect of starting acceleration rate of pump on cavitation was presented. Results show that the cavitation would be restrained during rapid starting period. However, in the condition of low suction pressure and high rotational speed, pump cavitation is inescapable even if the starting period is less than a second.
