摘 要:以去离子水作为工质,流经内径分别为304.13μm和192.87μm的石英管所连接而成的变径微管道。根据压降与流量的变化关系,研究微管道内过流截面突然扩大和缩小时微管内阻力特性.利用常规管路阻力损失计算方法对管路的阻力进行计算,并与实验值相比较.研究表明,当雷诺数Re(大直径微管)低于500时,微尺度变截面管路流阻的实验值近似等于常规管路阻力计算公式的计算值;当Re数大于500时,实验值与理论值产生偏差,并且随着雷诺数的进一步增大两者偏差越来越大.Deionized water, used as working fluid, flowed through various cross-section channel made up of microtubes with inner diameters of 304.13μm and 192.87μm and local resistances caused by abrupt expansion and abrupt contraction were investigated by measuring the relationship between the flux and the pressure drop. The experimental results were compared with those of the classical correlations for flow resistances. The comparisons indicated that the experimental data were almost equal to those of classical resistance correlations when Reynolds number is less than 500 (bigger inner diameter used as the characteristic dimension). However, there existed the deviation between the experimental results and the theoretical value at Re 〉500 and the deviation became bigger with further increase of Reynolds number.
