摘　　要：近年来,上海市卫生局卫生监督所积极调整监督模式、提高监管效能,开展了建立医疗安全监控系统的课题研究。该文对医疗安全监控系统课题研究的背景、意义、目标、内容、方法、技术路线、资料收集、研究保障和主要研究结果等进行简介。In recent years, Shanghai health administrative departments actively adjusted inspecting mode, improved the supervision, and initiated the research on Monitoring System of Medical Safety. This paper introduced the research background, aim, objectives, content, methods, techniques line, data collecting and main outcome in brief.
