摘 要:利用不同载体采用共沉淀法制备了负载型镍催化剂,用于苯完全加氢反应,研究了载体对催化剂活性的影响,并采用粒度分析、XRD等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,在140℃~190℃和4MPa氢压下,载体不同,催化剂活性相差很大,由高到低顺序依次为:SiO2〉硅藻土〉ZrO2〉TiO2〉γ—Al2O3。研究表明,这种差异来源于载体的比表面积,活性组分的分散程度以及活性组分与载体的相互作用。具有较大的比表面积,活性组分分散均匀,活性组分与载体具有适宜相互作用的SiO2作载体,催化剂具有最好的加氢活性。The nickel supported catalysts for hydrogenation of benzene were prepared by coprecipitation method using different supports, the effects of supports on activity of the catalysts were studied, and the catalysts were characterized by, XRD methods, etc. The results show that at 140 ℃ - 190 ℃ and 4 MPa of hydrogen pressure, activities of the catalysts are different greatly due to the different supports and followed the order: SiO2 〉 kieselguhr 〉 ZrO2 〉 TiO2 〉 γ-Al2O3. It was considered that the reason for these differences mainly comes from the different BET surfaces, the dispersion of the active components and the interactions between the supports and the active components. Due to a better dispersion Ni catalyst supported on a high-surface-area SiO2 possesses higher catalytic properties.
