摘 要:选用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对SBS进行接枝改性,以改善SBS与沥青的相容性,提高SBS改性沥青的性能。采用溶液接枝法制备了具有不同接枝率的MMA接枝SBS(MMA-g-SBS),通过傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)对MMA-g-SBS结构进行了表征,研究了接枝率对MMA-g-SBS改性沥青物理性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:MMA-g-SBS改性沥青的软化点、针入度、延度和粘度均随接枝率的增大而增加,储存稳定性得到明显提高。在接枝率大于8%以后,接枝率对MMA-g-SBS改性沥青性能的影响更为显著。荧光显微分析表明,随着接枝率的提高,SBS在沥青中分散更均匀,逐渐形成交联网络结构。Methyl methacrylate (MMA) was grafted onto SBS to enhance compatibility between SBS and asphalt and improve properties of SBS modified asphalt. MMA grafted SBS (MMA-g-SBS) was prepared by solution graft polymerization. The structure of MMA-g-SBS was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Effect of grafting degree on physical properties and structure of MMA-g-SBS modified bitumen was investigated. The result showed that, with the increase of grafting degree, softening point, penetration, ductility and viscosity of MMA-g-SBS modified bitumen obviously increased and the storage stability was improved. The properties of MMA-g-SBS modified bitumen were remarkably enhanced after grafted degree was above 8 %. With the increase of grafting degree, dispersed structure of SBS in bitumen transformed from dispersed to erosslinking polymer networks structure, which resulted in the improvement of physical properties and storage stability of MMA-g-SBS modified bitumen.
