摘　　要：循环经济作为一种新型的经济范式,成为理论界和实业界共同关注的焦点问题。在循环经济模式下引入了投入产出的资源流管理模型,该模型反映各个过程中资源流的流向和流量,为建立生态补偿机制提供了详细的基础数据,并利用外部环境的完善,推动生态补偿机制在微观领域的实施,从而达到改善企业环境绩效,减少环境污染的目的。As a new form of economy, circular economy becomes the focus between scholars and enterprisers. Resource flow analysis models based on input-output model were drawn into the paper, which reflects the flux and direction of resource flow. The model also provides the basic data for ecological compensation mechanism. The detailed data and nicer exterior environment will drive ecological compensation mechanism actualize in the microcosmic field, then improve corporation environmental performance, reduce environmental pollution.
