摘　　要：中小企业技术创新组织模式的基本特征是形态扁平化、规模小型化、性质柔性化和形式网络化。常见缺陷主要有结构缺陷、机制缺陷、动力缺陷和效益缺陷等。中小企业技术创新组织优化选择一方面要求企业选择恰宜的技术创新战略目标和组织原则,另一方面需要企业构建学习型技术创新组织,进一步变革传统的技术创新组织模式。The basic features are SME technological innovation organizational model the flat shape, small size, flexible forms and networks, and so on. Defects include structural deficiencies, the model mechanism defects, dynamic model defects, and benefits defects. SME technological innovation organizations optimize the choices on the one hand and ask enterprises to choose the strategic objectives of technological innovation and organizational principles. On the other hand, enterprises need to build learning technological innovation system, and further change the traditional organizational model of technological innovation.
