摘 要:采用过滤面积0.11m2的陶瓷膜,对自来水进行过滤实验,研究不同膜渗透通量、反冲方式、反冲周期及反冲时间下的实验结果,依据总产水量(V1)、净产水量(V2)、产水回收率(η)和能耗四项指标,得出最优操作条件。对产水水质的检测结果为:产水浊度低于0.05NTU,浊度去除率达90%,产水SDI15值为2.5,满足反渗透系统进水要求。膜再生实验结果表明,加热条件下进行酸碱交替清洗,膜渗透通量恢复效果高于其它三种方法。The systems of tap water filtrated by 0. 11 m^2 ceramic membrane were investigated, the experimental results of different filtration flux, the methods, periods and times of bounce-back of water were compared, and the optimum process conditions were obtained according to four item indexes of total output water ( V1 ), net output water ( V2 ), recover ratio (η), and energy consumption. The output water quality show that the turbidity is 0.05NTU and the removal rate of turbidity is 90%, the silt density index (SDI15) value were suitable for reverse osmosis system. The best method of the membrane regeneration indicated that the membrane flux almost recovers by using alkali solution andacid solution to clean the ceramic membrane alternately under the heating condition.
