摘　　要：消毒防腐剂的耐药性已经越来越受到人们的重视,消毒防腐剂与抗生素之间存在的交叉耐药性值得关注。现发现细菌对季胺类和双胍类等消毒防腐剂的耐药性与基因有关。本文对季胺类和重金属等消毒防腐剂耐药基因作一综述。Antiseptic resistance has arisen more and more attention, and the cross resistance between antiseptics and antibiotics is a great problem we focus on. Now it is shown that the bacterial resistant to antiseptics such as quaternaryammonium compounds （QACs） and chlorine-releasing agents （CRAs） has relationship with genes. The following article is a review for the progress on the antiseptic resistance gene such as qac and merA.
