摘 要:目的研究化疗药物对不同株人肝癌细胞杀伤作用的敏感性。方法采用MTT比色分析法测定多柔比星(DXRB)或米托蒽醌(DHAQ)对体外培养的4株人肝癌细胞的细胞毒作用。结果DXRB对SMMC-7721细胞的杀伤作用最强,QJY次之,HEPG-2和Alexander不敏感;DHAQ对QJY细胞的杀伤作用最强,Alexander和SMMC-7721次之,同样HEPG-2不敏感。结论不同株人肝癌细胞对同一化疗药物可具有不同的敏感性。Objective To investigate susceptibilities of four human hepatoma cell lines to chemotherapeutics. Methods MTT colorimetric assay was used to test in vitro cytotoxicities of the chemotherapeutics against human hepatoma cell lines. Results As for susceptibilities to doxorubicin (DXRB), SMMC-7721 cell line was the top, QJY cell line was second, Alexander cell line and HepG-2 cell line were the less. While for susceptibilities to mitoxantrone (DHAQ), QJY cell line was the top, Alexander and SMMC-7721 cell lines were second, HepG2 cell lines was the less. Conclusion Different human hepatoma cell lines had different susceptibile to same chemotherapeutics.
