阶梯教室教学楼结构优化设计

摘　　要：某高校新建阶梯教室教学楼主体部分为五层异形框架柱框架结构,阶梯教室采用一次斜粱板布置方案。对比了二次楼板+普通框架结构的常规做法和斜梁板+异形框架柱框架结构做法之间在结构整体计算、设计和建造费用方面的区别,分析了采用第二种方案存在的几个关键技术问题,并给出异形截面竖向构件按异形框架柱设计和按带边框剪力墙设计的区分原则。The special-shaped frame column structure system is adopted in newly built lecture amphitheater building of one university. The incline board arrangement scheme is used in the building. The difference between conventional procedure and incline board arrangement scheme is contrasted in the whole structure computation and the design aspect, and several key questions of incline board ＋ special-shaped frame column structure is also analyzed. The design discrimination principle that the shape section vertical component is designed according to the special-shaped frame column or the belt frame shear wall is given.
