摘　　要：目的探讨不同职称护理人员技能培训的方法,提高护理队伍的专业技能。方法采用培训与主题文化活动相结合的方法对不同职称护理人员进行分层次培训。结果经过培训,护理人员考核合格率上升,培训前后成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用培训与主题文化活动相结合的方法进行分层次培训,对护理队伍整体业务水平提高具有积极意义。Objective To explore the methods of skill training for nursing staff with different professional titles, thereby to improve their professional skills. Method The skill training integrated with special topic cultural activities were provided for the nursing staff with different professional titles. Result The qualified rate and skill performance were significantly improved after the training （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The methods of training integrated with special topic cultural activities for different levels of nursing staff is suggested to be effective to improve the general professional levels of nursing team.
