摘　　要：玉环柚果实发育后期易出现裂果，测得此时果实各部位的内源激素含量存在差异，囊瓣中赤霉素（ＧＡ３）、生长素（ＩＡＡ）、玉米素（ＺＴ）含量高于海绵层，而脱落酸（ＡＢＡ）含量则相反。The schizocarpic fruit problem caused serious demage in the production of Yuhuan-you (Citrus grandis) in Zhejiang Province The content of GA 3、ZT、IAA and ABA were analysed with HPLC in the late developing stage of fruit The result revealed that after the early October the Content of GA 3、ZT and IAA in the segment is higher than that in the albedo, and in the contrast, the ABA content is lower The relationship between the hormone content and split peel is discussed
