摘　　要：再生水资源的开发利用可以有效地缓解和改善水资源短缺与经济发展、人民生活之间的矛盾,有利于环境的可持续发展。目前,再生水资源行业发展中尤其是投融资问题仍较突出,本文深入分析再生水资源行业投融资现状和存在问题,从政策、法律法规、参数标准、融资体制创新等多个角度提出相应的解决对策。The development and using of the reclaimed water resource can resolve and mend the inconsistency between the water shortage and the economy development and people＇s life effectively, and it is also propitious to the continual development of environment. At present, there are many problems in the development of the reclaimed water industry, the investment and financing among these problems is very outstanding. After analyzing the investment and financing actuality and the problems existed in the investment and financing deeply, the paper brings forward the countermeasures from the view of policies, laws, industry criterions and the system of investment and financing.
