摘  要:目的探讨并比较丹参提取物764-3和人工合成的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对高氧暴露14d新生大鼠高氧肺损伤的早期预防及晚期治疗作用。方法采用SpragueDawley新生大鼠建立高氧肺损伤模型,分别用SOD和丹参提取物在出生后1~7d和7~14d两个不同时间段进行干预,比较高氧对照组、空气对照组、SOD干预组和丹参提取物干预组肺系数、丙二醛(MDA)含量、SOD活性、辐射状肺泡计数(RAC)及肺细胞凋亡指数(AI)。结果除了丹参提取物预防组的AI高于SOD预防组(P<0.05或P<0.01)及SOD治疗组SOD活性高于丹参提取物治疗组外,丹参提取物和SOD对大鼠体重、肺系数、MDA含量及RAC影响的差异,均无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组的肺系数、MDA含量和AI均低于高氧预防对照组(P<0.01),体重、SOD活性和RAC则高于高氧预防对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论丹参提取物与SOD一样对新生大鼠高氧肺损伤有一定的预防及治疗作用。Objective To study and compare the preventive effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and radix salviae milliorrhizae extract on hyperoxic lung injury in neonatal rats. Methods Sprague Dawley neonatal rats were put in high concentrtion Oxygen ( ≥90% ) to establish hyperoxic lung injury. Rats were divided into 4 groups, hyperoxia group, air control group, hyperoxia and SOD group (SOD group ), and hyperoxia and radix salviae milliorrhizae extract group. Lung index, contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) , activity of SOD, pathological changes and apoptosis index were studied at 7th and 14th day. Results Compared with hyperoxia group, SOD group and radix salviae milliorrhizae extract group had low lung index, contents of MDA and apoptosis index ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , better pathological result, higher activity of SOD (19 〈 0. 05 ) at 7th day and 14th day respectively. The effects of SOD and radix salviae milliorrhizae extract was similar, except SOD group had more decline in apoptosis index at 14th day. Conclusion Both SOD and radix salviae milliorrhizae extract may have therapeutic effect on hyperoxia-induced lung injury.
