记忆合金爪治疗尺、桡骨骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察记忆合金爪治疗尺骨、桡骨骨折的临床效果。方法对42例尺骨或桡骨骨折患者行切开复位记忆合金爪内固定术,观察固定的强度、效果,早期功能锻炼、手功能恢复的情况;随访至骨折愈合。结果42例患者获得12个月以上的随访。术后X线片示即刻固定牢靠、允许早期积极的功能锻炼。骨折按期愈合,前臂功能优良。无骨不连、畸形愈合或尺、桡骨间骨桥形成等并发症。结论记忆合金爪治疗尺骨、桡骨骨折时应力分布更为均匀,能够达到即刻的坚强固定,有利于早期积极功能锻炼和促进骨折的愈合和前臂功能的恢复。其机理可能是记忆合金爪不会干扰尺、桡骨髓内的血运。objective To study the clinical effects of both radial or ulnar fractures treated with memory-shaped alloy embracing device. Methods Forty-eight patients with radius and/or ulnar fracture underwent internal fixation with memory-shaped alloy embracing device, Forty-two of the 48 patients were followed up for more than 12 months. Results X ray film taken immediately after operation showed stable fixation, allowing early functional exercise. All fractures got union on time and all the forearm functioned well. Conclusion After the fractured radius and/or ulna are treated with memory-shaped alloy embracing device the stress was distributed evenly which achieves immediately reliable fixation and helps take early exercise, so as to promote the recovery of the forearm function. The mechanism may be that the embracing device does not disturb the blood supply in the medullary canals of bone.
